Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Go Tall: Height Potential ("Go Tall"), an educational wellness app provided by Stuke Digital LLC. Go Tall does not require an account.

01

Data stored on your device

Go Tall stores your onboarding and profile answers, current and optional parent heights, goals, growth history, selected habits, measurements, completed routines, and progress locally on your device. It also stores the integer posture score and the number of successfully analyzed posture photos described below.

This information supports your educational estimate, routines, and progress. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

02

Optional posture photos and face data

Go Tall does not perform face detection or facial recognition and does not collect facial landmarks, facial geometry, face embeddings, biometric templates, Face ID data, or identity-verification data. If you voluntarily select a front or side posture photo, the image pixels accessed temporarily by the app may incidentally include your face.

Selected photos are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision human-body-pose analysis. Go Tall reads only neck, left-shoulder, and right-shoulder body-pose coordinates to calculate an educational posture score. It does not analyze the face.

Image bytes and body-pose observations exist only temporarily in device memory while analysis runs. Go Tall does not copy or save selected photos, upload them, share them with any third party, or use them for identification, authentication, advertising, profiling, model training, or medical diagnosis. The temporary image data and pose coordinates are discarded after analysis. Only the resulting integer posture score and successful-photo count are stored locally until you reset your profile or delete the app.

The original photo remains in your Photos library under your control until you edit or delete it there. Go Tall does not control or retain that Photos-library copy.

03

AI Coach, recipients, and consent

The premium AI Coach sends each permitted request to two third-party AI services: OpenRouter, which routes the request, and Google Cloud Vertex AI, which hosts the Google Gemini model that generates the response.

Before any request is sent, Go Tall shows the recipients, every category of data that will be sent, the categories that will not be sent, and how the request is protected. You must choose Agree and send. Choosing Not now or dismissing the consent screen sends nothing. When this disclosure changes materially, Go Tall requires consent again.

After consent, a request contains only your age, growth status, current height, derived educational mid-parental estimate and range, selected goal, bedtime, sleep-consistency answer, relevant modifiable-factor labels, typed question, and current language/locale identifier. Go Tall never sends posture photos, face data, facial or body-pose coordinates, your name, contact details, precise location, advertising identifiers, payment information, or direct parent-height entries to OpenRouter or Google Cloud Vertex AI.

Go Tall requires OpenRouter and Google Cloud Vertex AI to provide the same or equivalent privacy protection described here: they may process the disclosed data only to return the requested response, may not use it for model training, advertising, profiling, or sale, and may not retain it after processing. Every request is restricted to a zero-data-retention Google Cloud Vertex AI route, provider data collection is denied, and provider fallbacks are disabled. If that protected route is unavailable, the request fails rather than using a less protective provider. Go Tall does not persist the question or response after the current in-app session ends.

You can withdraw permission at any time under Settings → AI Coach privacy → Revoke AI consent. After withdrawal, no new AI Coach request is sent unless you review the disclosure and consent again.

04

Retention and deletion

Select Settings → Start onboarding again → Reset profile to delete your locally saved profile answers, measurements, routines, and posture results. Deleting Go Tall removes its remaining local data, including the locally stored AI consent preference.

AI Coach questions and responses exist only in the current in-app session. Temporary posture image data exists only while on-device analysis runs.

05

Purchases and service providers

Apple processes subscriptions through StoreKit. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase and entitlement information to validate premium access and provide subscription analytics. Go Tall does not receive or store payment-card details.

Go Tall does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Optional posture photos and face data are never disclosed to a third party.
